For Women: Body Density = 1.0994921 - (0.0009929 x sum of skinfolds) + (0.0000023 x square of sum of skinfolds) - (0.0001392 x age)

The sum of skinfolds is the sum of the thickness of the skinfold measurements taken at specific locations on the body. To use this formula, you will need to take skinfold thickness measurements using calipers at multiple locations on the body, such as the chest, abdomen, and thigh.
